If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) please send them back to us at:

Please ensure you include a note in the package detailing your name, address and order number, or we may not be able to process your refund. Refunds should be processed within 7 days of us receiving any returns.

Please note returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges.

Please note we only accept return items that:

• are in their original condition, are unwashed and unworn. 
• have all tags in place- we are unable to accept any returned garments where the tags have been removed.

Please note returns are not free and any original postage borne by the customer is non-refundable.

Any orders which qualified for free shipping (e.g. orders over £50) which are returned in full (subject to the above conditions), will have the full postage cost borne by us deducted from their refund.
